The collaboration with Ms. Nadin Warmbrunn has greatly enriched the team development at the Culture Academy. Her eye for the essentials and her empathetic manner of asking the right questions at the right time have both brought the team closer together and stimulated individual development processes.

As part of the family-oriented systemic counseling for members, she was also able to provide crucial impulses for promoting young talent and initiate change processes for families in stressful situations.
